Description
Alissa B launched the Pandemic Piece- Passion Project back in July 2020 via Instagram shortly after first Quarantine, when almost the entire world was shut down, and wonderful volunteers of Meals on Wheels were driving meals to the elderly and paying visits to those who were even more isolated from their families than everyone else.
It took me a couple of months to put my idea into fruition to design a piece that would not only represent humanity during such unprecedented times, but symbolize the isolation factor of social distancing that so many people experienced. There are so many different perspectives and experiences throughout this last year, and I wanted each piece to be one of a kind to represent just that.
Each piece of Jasper is unique and represents that of mother nature/planet earth, with the smaller piece off to the size resembling a little globe at least 6 chain links apart to represent social distancing.
Each necklace is 18″ unless specified otherwise. Here is how it works:
- Choose your stone by writing the number or letter in the notes at checkout. I will do my best to keep the photo of whats available updated after each sale.
- Choose the metal for the chain from the drop down menu. Choices include copper $48, sterling silver $60, or 14kit gold filled $70 from the drop down menu.
- $10 is donated to Meals on Wheels America
- Custom requests accepted – simply contact me
