If there is any problem with faulty wire wrapping, a stone gone missing, and or any breakage of the piece – be it a cracked stone or metal that is out of our control – we will cover it will unlimited free warranty (within reason, if your dog chews up the stone we are not responsible!).
Simply contact us and we will confirm where to ship the repairs for re-delivery at no charge.
