These extra large double hoop earrings are handmade with sterling silver hoops and the finest quality large natural Turquoise teardrops.
A large Turquoise teardrop is wire wrapped with detailed silver coil to hang down in the center of two sterling silver hoops, which resemble concentric circles. The extra large hoop is 2.25 inches in diameter and the smaller hoop inside is 1.5 inches. The smaller hoop inside shown in this listing has a hammered finish. This can also be made with a smooth finish to match the larger hoop.
The combination of sterling silver and Turquoise is timeless and classic. The large size and concentric circle concept give them a very modern and edgy look.
They are about 3 inches long.
Please note that no two pieces/pairs of Turquoise teardrops are the same. Each is one of a kind in respect to exact shape, size, texture, and color. Some teardrops have more blue vs teal vs green and others have longer narrow shapes vs shorter and wider. All variations are high quality natural gemstones.

The wonderful thing about working with Alissa is that she loves to make you custom pieces. I was dead set on turquoise and loved this design. The pair I received were even more interesting than these! She had some new turquoise with brown and gold in it. I deviated from my normal idea of needing perfectly round shapes and went with stones that weren’t 100% alike. The outer hoops were a thicker, pounded silver that I love. The movement of the hoops is orbital and magical. I love my new custom pair of Alissab. It started from this and evolved into something even more special!
